Anyone else in the same boat as me? I'm 5 months postpartum today and want to lose 40-50 lbs!! I just signed up for Noom and was going to try that (at least the free trial period). I am basically starting at square one because I was out of shape but was getting more of a fitness routine down pre-pregnancy, but I felt my best during pregnancy... Any other app or workout suggestions are welcome! ALSO, if anyone is interested in holding each other accountable, especially if we have the same goal, then that would be even better!! (Pic of me prior to pregnancy... around July 2022).

Hi Kim!!! 'd love to join you! I've already lost 30 pounds and I'm aiming for 40 more. Let's do this together!"

I LOVE the Whitney Simmons “Alive” app! It has a postpartum 8 week challenge and I loved and now I’m onto all her other workouts and it’s been a great app, has a journaling section, a place to track progress with pics, at home or in the gym guided workouts and they are so fun! It’s mostly weight lifting things though if you like that then it’s the best!

- I'll message you!!

I’m 4 months pp and also on Noom! I’m trying to lose 40 lbs as well!

I did this girl on instas 4 week challenge. She has one going on right now for new years but she has like other ones every couple months and you could win some money if you have the best results. It’s $100 but you get work out plans and meal plans if you don’t know anything. The challenge I did I ended up losing 14lbs in 4 weeks and kept going for another month and lost 25lbs total, stopped going so hard for like 3 months but was consistent in the gym and then in oct using the same info she gave me I pushed myself to do it again and lost 10lbs. Her name is jordanke on instagram and she had a baby and she’s pregnant now so super relatable. When you join she has a fb group for all the people in the challenge and it helps to keep everyone motivated. Personally was worth it for me. $100 to lose weight is nothing. Also I had two kids and gained 60lbs for both pregnancies so I felt really low as I’ve been fit before the pregnancies. Now I’m lower than my pre baby weight

- I just started a free trial of Noom!

Weight training, weight training, weight training!! Couldn’t shout how great it is for weight loss enough. I’ve loved using the SWEAT app. Great work outs and a wide variety of programs to choose from for only $20 a month. I find it to be helpful to have a program to follow and the app make it easy to do just that.

I’m trying to lose 40lbs I gained in 2023. I’m actively watching my nutrition a lot more and I’m at the gym consistently 4x a week ♥️
