Question for those whose baby sleeps in a crib.
Ever since my daughter learned how to roll and I started swaddling her arms-out, she will hit her head on the crib or get her arm stuck and wake up crying… I don’t want to use any bumpers because I’ve seen that they’re unsafe. Wondering if anyone has any solutions that worked for them or is experiencing something similar?

You do whatever you're comfortable with. However, I would recommend not swaddling anymore. At this point, your little ones startle reflex should be gone and they should be able to sleep on their tummy which should help them sleep longer. During regressions, they will definitely practice crawling, standing, walking at night, but it doesn't last very long. My little guy only sleeps in PJ's and he's crawling and standing, but he's able to avoid hitting his head now and move around the crib on his own. The regressions were hard, but I honestly think it just helped him hit his milestones faster and they only lasted a week or 2. My baby sleeps on his stomach and he sleeps 6:30/7- 6:00 waking once to eat, EBF. Hope this helps ❤️

thank you for this advice! You were right! It only lasted a week or so and she is back to sleeping great now! (Hopefully I don’t jinx it 🤣)
