Hi Mommies!!!
LO just turned 1 on Sunday! YAY!! And Yesterday we had her annual check up, the pediatrician said she can transition out of the formula; but he suggested oatmilk or almond milk, instead of whole milk. Has anyone had the suggestion???

Only if there was a milk allergy but our pediatrician said whole milk or 2%

My son has a milk allergy and his pediatrician said that almond milk doesn’t have the required calories (140 cal to 8 oz recommended) and that she would suggest oat or soy. I recently did a sample box of KiKi’s milk which is oat, coconut, pumpkin seed and hemp seed and meets the 140 cal to 8 oz. My son drank the chocolate flavor more than original so I’m thinking of using this milk until his next allergy test to see if he can drink cows milk.

Whole milk is the best option unless there is a cows milk allergy.
