She will randomly do it and I can’t help but ask if this is normal. I hate saying this word, but it’s almost as if she’s humping? She stays home with me all day. I’m not sure what is going on and if it’s something I need to worry about. I know she is a baby and doesn’t understand?

My 8 month old daughter does it too in our house we call it rocking like when they are learning to crawl it’s super normal don’t worry to much
okay glad mine isn’t the only one thank you.
makes sense

I've seen this habit with my baby and also with my stepdaughter, everything is fine with both of them:)

My baby used to do it all the time when he was comfortable or tired. I find it funny and adorable haha I think it gives him comfort and the movement feels good cause it stretches his back and legs. He’s 12m now and seems to have stopped doing it already
