I never tired breastfeeding when I has my baby 7 months a go, she never attached and didn't take a bottle, she's currently on an NG tube for all her feeds. I was wondering if you can start breastfeeding even after 7 months and never really giving it a go

Would their still be milk supply after 7 months of no feeding?
That's what I'm wondering

Look up relactation. I think it may be possible but very difficult at 7 months. Your best bet would be to speak to a lactation consultant either through the hospital or privately. Would donor breast milk be an option for you?

It’s possible to relactate yes
Lots of skin to skin offering breast and pumping it will come xx

It is possible to relactate, even for adoptive parents who haven’t given birth, but it’s hard work. You’d need to pump minimum 8 times a day and keep at it even if you’re getting nothing, with at least one imp between 12 and 4am when prolactin (milk making hormone) is highest. Have a look at la leche league relactation articles xx
