Hi Mamas, my daughter is 13 months old and the only cow’s milk she’s had were a few sips she had directly from my glass when I was teaching her how to drink her milk from a cup as we were weaning her off the bottle.
At her 12-month visit, her pediatrician said it was fine to have her finish whatever breastmilk stash I had before we gave her cow’s milk. I’ve been somewhat of an overproducer for most of my breastfeeding and am still weaning off pumping by lessening my number of sessions and pumping duration (already got a clogged duct yesterday, oh boy) but feel like we still have breastmilk to last us through the winter at least.
Do I continue to have her on my breastmilk or do I mix in cow’s milk every now and then?

Breastmilk is great! No need to wean her off of it. Save yourself money if you already have it. The calorie content is probably better suited to her needs anyway. The transition off formula to cow milk has really sucked because it's fewer calories and my son is hungry. He goes weeks without wanting food so milk is our only hope and it has been so frustrating.
As long as she is eating cheese/yogurt or some other dairy product, she'll continue getting allergen and lactose exposure for when you do wean.
