Breastfeeding mummas, do you sleep with your bras on or off? I have slept with mine on ever since my milk first came in (after I woke up soaked!!😂) but I’m 14 weeks PP now, wear breast pads all the time and they don’t ever feel like they have milk on them. I just wondered if it can be done and I can have my booby freedom when I sleep or whether I need to keep them locked away 🤣

I slept with bra off but a feeding vest with breast pads in while I was leaking but as soon as that stopped I’ve stopped wearing breast pads and just wear a top that I can feed easily in

I stopped wearing bras the moment my breast pads were pretty much dry all the time. I've been lucky I stopped leaking fairly quickly

Oh you’re both giving me confidence! I might try it tonight then 😂

The nursing vests are so good. I leaked for ages and they were so comfy and held in a breast pad really well. H&M do good ones. If you’re not leaking I say go free though!!

I slept with a bra at first mostly because my boobs were very tender!! I now sleep with a snug fit tank more just for comfort than any sort of leaking. It’s a deep scoop neck and I just pull it down for night feedings.
I had smallish boobs so it feels weird letting these larger ladies be free. 😂

I'm just about 24 weeks pp and still not wearing a bra when feeding but only when I'm at home out in public I do wear my nursing bra for easier access

I waited until my milk regulated, So 5.5 months after birth, to stop wearing a bra. It feels pretty darn good

I just want the freedom back. The only time I don’t wear a bra is in the shower and yes it’s not a wired bra but still, it’ll be nice to not wear one 😂

I wore no bra as often as possible nursing cuz I noticed I made way more milk bra free

Still wearing them at 17m 🤣

I only wear a bra when I leave the house I would rather wash 5 T-shirts a day then be uncomfortable maybe a should get measured for a bra for comfort but it’s just easier being bra less just lift the top and jobs a good one

I tested it out last week and can sleep without a bra on hallelujah. Sometimes I’ll leak a little but not much to make me wear one again lol

I stopped and now I put a muslin under my top instead 🤣 although now at 19 weeks I don’t feel any leaks

So jealous! 🤣 I’m 17 weeks pp and leak in the night still

Bra on for me. I wear comfy crop top style bras and don’t have huge boobs anyway. Just pull it up when I’m feeding

No bra as often as possible in general tbh. (I’ve never liked wearing them though, it was always straight off when I got home from work 😂)
I probably should wear them for support, not sure what my boobs are going to look like when my BF journey is over 🙈

I sleep w a nursing singlet that has the built in bra/clips, I don’t wear a separate bra. I wear those singlets under my T-shirts too for the lift up clip down breastfeeding method. I hate my belly being cold

During the first month I wore a bra as my milk supply was very inconsistent so I'd wake up and found out I've leaked everywhere. Now I'm just over 4weeks my supply is very consistent so I know when my boobs will leak and when they won't. I only bf when I'm in the mood to do so as I also combi feed.

I would love to not wear one but have a very powerful let down and would be soaked, 24 weeks and going strong 🤣

1Y pepe and I’m still leaking a lot.
I sleep topless and have Muslim blanket to cover my breasts.
I used to sleep naked but since I’m cosleeping i rather wear pajama pants, I just can’t wear no top to sleep, it’s too uncomfortable 😅

I wore a bra 24/7 for the first like 3 months till my milk settled and I didn't have as much of an oversupply. Then only in public for another like 2 months... then I took it off one day and now I'm 16 months into breastfeeding and avid no bra again

same!

Well I didn’t wear a bra to bed and it was bliss! No leakage either so very pleased with that! 😂
