My fiancé and I went for a date night and left our 7 month old with his parents. We had a bag of old breast milk labeled bath in the fridge- it was from two weeks ago. They fed it to her at 6 pm. It’s 8 now. What do we do!?!

Is she reacting to it in anyway ?

no. She has a cold at the moment too, but she’s still laughing, babbling, moving like normal!

How old was it? Breastmilk is good up to 6 months in the fridge

this is not true. 6-12 months in the freezer. 4 days in the fridge.

While this is definitely scary - I wouldn’t panic too much unless she starts so show signs of stomach sickness (vomiting, diarrhea, rash). You’re not the first and you won’t be the last to have this happen so try not stress too much, especially if babe seems okay! Just keep an eye on her. I’m sure it will be ok 🩷

I'd assume it smelled/tasted fine if they poured it into a bottle, and baby took it. Might have a temporary upset tummy, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Gross. But at 7 months their digestive system is a little stronger, maybe a little bit of the poops/vomit. Probably tasted like yogurt 🤣🤢

I wouldn’t worry - she may be a little sick/upset tum that’s all. Keep an eye on her and have monitor on loud in case you need to go in.
It must have tasted and smelt gross! But not so bad that she was given it and drank it so don’t worry :)
100% milk can’t stay in the fridge for 6mths (assuming meant freezer 😊)
