Anyone experiencing this and got some tips how to deal with it without taking any meds?
Never had any problems with my blood pressure, but lately I am getting headaches every day and my blood pressure goes up to 125-135 😔

I've been having headaches since Friday. I took paracetamol on and off for them. Maybe try to relax and have a bath (if you have one) or hot shower. It helps me sometimes.

It’s worth contacting your midwife/triage as they may want to check for preeclampsia just to be on the safe side. Hope you feel better soon! 🤍

How far along are you? I’ve had similar and have been put in aspirin daily to prevent preeclampsia.

I am 13+2. I am at medium risk of preeclampsia and my midwife team didn’t tell me to take aspirin. When I asked a couple of days ago, they just said: if you want, just take it.
But with my medical history I have some other risks of getting a few serious side effects of taking aspirin😵💫 And it seems midwives are not very interested in providing a proper medical recommendation (or consulting with a doctor on my behalf) and keep repeating I will have to talk to obstetrician… which is booked only at 16w🥲 unfortunately my GP is also pretty useless..
