Ahh ladies. After battling sleep regression from 12 weeks we finally got 3 nights in a row of my boy going down without crying, only one wake for feed during the night and waking around 6.30/6.45 for the day. I've been trying so hard to keep routine the same as the first day so we don't slip back into the shit.
Well, I just fell asleep during my boys nap and let him oversleep by 40 mins 🤣 dreading next nap/bedtime now. Fml 🙄 lol

What age us your LO now?
just turned 5 months. This post maybe sounds like a brag but to be honest the last 2 months havd pretty much been hell sleep wise lol 😂
to be honest they have been a little different from usual as he only took 10 mins for his first nap. He's just gone for his last nap at the usual time so I'm just going to crack on and hope for the best! I was honestly in disbelief when I walked out the room last night and he just wiggled about and fell asleep with zero crying. That litterally never happens. Hoping so much we have turned a corner 🤞

Omg! Then it's hope for us too! 😀 Mine will turn 5 months next Monday, and it's been difficult sleepwise for the past 2 months. So, fingers crossed, it won't be long!
I will sincerely keep everything crossed for you. My little guy isn't long down. Overtired I think so probs in for a rough night. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. My toddler was running riot tonight so that might have been a factor.

Oh! Sorry to hear that! 😞

im just coming out of it the last 3 days. My girl had been in sleep regression for 6 weeks! 😮💨. Naps were 20 mins in the day and she woke every 15-30 mins none stop in the night. I actually was the walking dead lol.

I totally understand you @Claire. I am in the same situation. So, probably soon, it will be over with. I am not sure, but mine is also teething, so it might be a combination of both. 😞

mine was the same with teething. I read that being consistent with routine really helps and it’s did with ours. She never ever cries in the night but gives a little giggle to let me know she’s up I felt like I could cope with that 😂😂
Pretty sure my boy is teething without teeth (like the teeth are just moving under the gums).... Also his naps are short. I have to put him in the buggy to guarantee a decent nap. I know it's a "bad habit" but I also know he needs to rest. I'm gradually trying to break this by doing morning nap in the cot, midday in buggy and evening in the cot... But last two days the evening nap has been attempted in the cot then I've given up and put him in the buggy 🥺 it will get better ladies! Hang on in there. Hopefully in a few months time we will be celebrating how amazing they are at sleeping!! ❤️
