I'm considering pumping - anyone exclusively pumped breast milk?

I didn’t but my BFF did with her second! Well after the first month she stopped putting babe on her breast and bottle fed her instead.
She had 3-4 pumps so she could alternate them, so she didn’t have to keep cleaning the same one everyday. She also started with like a few set of every bottle and she fed her baby with each one to find his preference and just switched to exclusively one type of bottle.
Her baby is 9 months old she had to pumped so much; she had to have enough to last the full year plus providing for the dad and daycare to take home and she is also combo feeding with formula. And she is done with her breastfeeding journey, & she is happy that she had enough stored away that she didn’t have to pump the entire year. But it was a lot on her body as much as breastfeeding would be.

I did for a whole year. And it was beyond miserable lol. I’ll def try to breastfeed this time around for convenience.

I exclusively pumped for a year, it can be a chore but I did enjoy being able to give him my milk as I wasn’t able to EBF xxx

I am also thinking about exclusively pumping. I want to try and give baby breast milk but also want Dad to be able to do some feeds like with our first daughter who was formula fed. I have bought momcosy S12 wearable pump and been following posts on a FB group for exclusively pumping to educate myself. It seems like the first 12 weeks especially will be alot of hard work making sure to do pumps round the clock and through the night.

my baby was EBF and wouldn’t take a bottle! We tried for 5 months to do bottles and she wouldn’t take a single one! I wish I would have bottle fed as much as I could so others could help me. I definitely recommend pumping to other moms for that reason alone!!
