My now 10 week old always had a shallow latch but we've had lots of support and it had improved. This last week or so I think she must be having a growth spurt as she's taking longer to feed, waking more in the night to feed, and my nipples are sore again. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it growth or sleep regression, or has she gotten lazy on the boob? I'm finding myself getting quite frustrated with her at times and then feeling awful as it's not her fault. The disrupted nights makes it so much harder to cope!

My boy is 10 weeks old too and he's feeding way more now. Used to just drink from one boob at a time but now he goes for the second and empties like half of it.
Have you checked for tongue tie or your hold? When mine is in an uncomfortable position he doesn't latch on properly and it hurts, turns out I wasn't holding him close enough to my body with the cradle hold, it made the world of a difference!
