When to start washing baby clothes ahead of arrival?

Hi everyone!

I’m 33 weeks & 4 days, and was wondering when I should start washing babies clothes ahead of their arrival.

I’ve got GD so it’s likely he will arrive before his due date, but also feel like it’s so far away, just wanted some advice!

I'm 33 weeks today and planning on washing everything this weekend. Husband thinks we're leaving it too late 😅 so he's been giving me hints every now and then. Nursery is being painted and wanted to do it when it was all done and I was able to throw everything in the room so that was my excuse! 😄

@Melanie haha
I'm gonna screen shot this and show it to my husband
He thought I was just putting it off but it's a genuine reason to wait isn't it? 🤣

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
