What are the most useful apps you've found to manage yours & baby's daily life?

I've downloaded DairyBar and Huckleberry so far and then there are a few apps related to products we have for baby like Hatch and Nanit, but curious if there are other ones you've found super useful for managing your day to day tracking of your supply or baby's activity.

I would also be interested to know which apps you've enjoyed for tracking/sharing photos and memories - I'm on an iPhone so would prefer something compatible with Apple OS technology and not suited toward Google photos. I'm aware of the Back Then app and FamilyAlbum which I believe is more Google-focused.

I use the baby tracker app which I’ve loved to track baby feeds, nappy, medication etc and I’ve been using the baby + app to read. about what is happening each week with my babies development.
I use an iPhone and I’ve been using the FamilyAlbum app and it’s been amazing! A great place to store pics and family have access to viewing them and adding any they’re taken too which has saved us so much time as we’re not having to send pics to everyone individually and they’re all in one place.

I second Family Album! It's great if you don't like to post pictures of your baby online but want to share their photos with family and friends.

We also use Baby Tracker and it's been very helpful

You've already got it but huckleberry is the key one for me and I'm still using it now with my 14 month old. You can track everything on it feeds (BM, formula & solids) nappy changes (including type, consistency and nappy rash and potty usage when they get older) sleep, weight, height, meds, temperatures if their ill, activities like tummy time and baths etc. You can also set timers for next feed/change which was amazing when he was a newborn. If your struggling with sleep/wake windows you can pay a small monthly fee to have them work out ideal nap times/lengths that will change as your baby gets older. Honestly it's amazing and I recommend it to any new mum's I meet that don't already use it.

Talli baby tracker.
Making tracking super easy.
You can customize what you want to track and don’t need your phone to do it. Just press a button. You can add pictures to each event too.

We love ours and it is our most used app. Each caretaker has access to the app

Aside from product related apps I use BabyTime to track everything for my boy. It has options to track pretty much everything but the main things I make note of are feeds, (nursing and bottled pumped milk), diapers, naps/sleep, and pump sessions. You can add notes to each item if you want to keep track of anything in particular, like vitamin d drops, what kind of nap he took (contact nap, bassinet, etc.) and whether he burped, to name a few

Solid starts for some tips in the beginning when starting solids. But didn’t think paid version was worth it, just go with the free one in my opinion.

Should I be concerned or am I overthinking?

My little boy is 15 months old, he’s recently taken his first steps and he says mamma and dadda and baba (he has said these for months) we’ve filled out the paperwork for his 12-14 month review and it looks like he isn’t meeting many of his milestones.

He doesn’t copy actions, point, clap etc. He doesn’t react when being spoken to, or to his name. He actively avoids eye contact.

He was so unresponsive to sound that we just had his hearing tested concerned he was deaf. They found that he could hear so he is just choosing not to react to any noises or sounds.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with their little ones? Should I be raising this with the health visitor and ask to be assessed for neurodivergent issue or a social communication problem like autism?

I don’t want to just slap a label on him, but I do feel that there are real concerns. All opinions welcome!!

Routines?

When did you start to introduce your baby’s routine? Do they just have a night routine or full day routine? Wondering when I should start this e.g naps at the same time everyday.

Any routines you have that work for you, please let me know them with timestamps. my baby is 6 weeks and just wondering when we should start them?

Does anyone else’s baby spit up breastmilk but not formula?

I’m seriously considering seeing a lactation consultant because I don’t understand why he can’t hold down breastmilk but can formula. I use soy formula since I’ve used it with my daughter and I’m thinking it might be due to not getting milk coming in for a few days so I had no choice but to give him formula, but now even if I take breaks in between feeding him breastmilk to burp or try to mix breastmilk and formula, he spits it up sooo much. I’m ready to just give him just formula because I’m worried about him not eating enough

Bed time tips for 8 week old

So I literally cannot get my 8 week down to sleep before 11:30pm every night no matter how early we start our routine. We tend to do bath every second night but every night consists of feed, up to bed, into pjs, book, feed to sleep. We could start this routine at 7 and it would still be the case of not selling til 11:30.

She doesn’t nap during the day well, we get a 30 minute in the morning, and a 1 hour in the afternoon only if I’m out the house. She’s never distressed when she’s awake all that time, quite the thing being nosey and having cuddles. She’s EBF and her feeds all through the day are LONG and last from 30-45 mins each feed.

Any tips/advice recommended on how to get to bed earlier or just how to get her to sleep in general.
