Scared to go out!!

I know this sounds weird but I am scared to go walking on my own with my baby in her pram!! Does anyone else feel like this? I feel really silly. I am fine if I’m with someone but the thought of me going alone is scaring me and I don’t know why!

I know exactly what you mean! I feel scared to take my baby out in the car!

It’s not silly at all, I feel exactly the same way!
Any ladies got any tips of how to overcome this?
I’m meant to go and see a friend on Thursday and worried about getting my baby out and into the car etc 🙈

My first trip out was to a hospital appointment and I just didn’t have a choice, I had to get on with it. Once I’d done it all the anxiety went away, so best bet is to just push past the fear I think.

I think you’re right. What doesn’t help is the fact that at the moment I don’t *have* to go out, so it’s easy to find a reason not to! It’s good to know the anxiety passed once you’d just got on and done it!

Question about ejaculation

I tell my partner to wear a condom not only for protection but also so that there's no mess to clean up when I get up to use the toilet. Is this normal?
I ask because I now have the contraceptive pill but I still want him to wear a condom.
