Try Pink Stork baby sleep drops. I use those for bad days where he won’t go to sleep. Other than that what makes him go to sleep and sleep pretty good is his aquarium lullaby on YouTube. And a fan on

What's bed time routine like?
It used to be really good would be in bed by 7:30 every night and now its all out of wack. he’s been going to bed anywhere from 10-12 and will sleep for a few hours and get up and stay up all night

Do you have a specific routine tho that builds up to bed? Like triggering his sleep hormones to kick in?
For example: we eat dinner, she takes a bath, gets lotioned, takes grope water, gets a hug and/or kiss (her choice) then lays down. For us it's not about a specific time, but more about her routine and sleep cues.

Consistency is key! Build a routine and then they’ll naturally want to fall asleep at their regular times.
However, there are regression stages. Those are natural parts of the process.

Nighttime gripe water. Regardless of routine, my oldest would not go to sleep until 11 or midnight. To help those restless nights, I would give Nighttime gripe water to both of them

I swear by our normal bedtime routine and we “anchored” a set bedtime of 7pm. Settled on this simply by watching her over time and seeing when she’d start to get tired. It’s a little harder to detect now but we stick to the set bedtime and don’t really provide the option to go to bed later.
yes, dinner and bath the same time every night..
Im pretty sure he’s going through a regression now

@Incognito someone once mentioned that it should be called PROgression instead of REgression because our little are progressing, learning something new or having some kind of grown spurt.
