Have you tried the soft top sippy cups by Nuk? That’s what my little is transitioning with and takes his milk through.

So my friends son was on bottles until 2 and a half, then he saw my son use them when he was a baby and he decided he was too grown up and never wanted them again! So hopefully in time she will decide she’s too grown up too. Do you have any babies you could show her? And tell her big girls have big girl cups and maybe let her choose one?

My daughter is still on bottle too and i am ok with it she will stop it when she feels ready

My son is 23 months and still has a bottle but not like a baby bottle more of a learner bottle, more specific the Nuk First Choice+ Learner Bottle. He only has it for bed and only has a milk from it and I'm okay with that, I didn't see the point in stressing him out and taking it from him when clearly it comforts him.

My dentist has said it's perfectly okay so I don't see an issue with it

Have you tried these? My daughter transitioned with these and now just drink straw cups. She never liked sippys. Just another idea! They are cute and easy to hold! She still drinks her water out of them.

I just got my 22 month old off of it and we're still having some sleepless nights and nap refusals but it's worth it bc he hasn't had his bottle in a week. Just refuse and honestly it's gonna suck when she doesn't want to fall asleep or nap without it but they do eventually just settle for the sippy cup.

We use nuby and nuk bottles. I also have one dr browns cup with a straw

So I thought it was going to be really hard to transition but someone I met randomly at the park told me something that helped. Have a special sippy cup for milk and one for water. When they expect one or the other and it isn't they get upset. One day after doing this a while, I just hid all the bottles so it was out of sight our of mind. He hasn't asked for one since.

I'm totally in the same situation. I honestly didn't even realize I should have totally transitioned her by now... I was totally oblivious. She can drink from straw cups but I don't like them for milk because they leak and I don't want milk spills around the house. I have tried the Dr Brown 360 cups but she can't for the life of her figure it out. I am just now teaching her to use an open cup and I can't imagine a 6 month old doing that. She struggles and spills. I'm either going to have to deal with milk spills from straw cups or get her off cow's milk completely, which maybe I should do anyway.

These are actually spill free cups that my daughter has been using for a while now! It’s kinda big but she can hold it well! Just another option!
