First Period after egg retrieval
Hi! I had my first egg retrieval 2 weeks ago today, and got my period 6 days after which they said was normal. My actual period stopped after 6-7 days which is also normal for me, but I’ve still been spotting like crazy ever since! They put me on birth control starting on CD3, but I only took it for 3 days, because it was giving me horrible migraines so my doctor told me to stop 4 days ago. Did anyone else experience such a weird period/spotting on your first period after a retrieval?

I’m in a similar situation. Had egg retrieval almost 2 weeks ago. Had period 6 days later. Had a 4 day period (my normal). But have been spotting every day since the last day of period. And it’s bright red spotting. Didn’t take and birth control this cycle, but having massive headache for the past couple of days. I guess our body still has some hormones from all the injections
