Is it all about patience and keep offering for the rest of the week? I find my baby doesn’t like soft textures, so that’s an additional challenge. Just curious to learn what others do. My baby is 12 months

Have a look at Solid Starts guide for fussy eaters. I havnt looked at it yet myself as bub is only 7m but they could have some tips on there. You do have to pay for their guides but they have good information on the site/instagram already.

I bought their 1st foods guides, allergen introduction and foods never to give early. They are invaluable IMO

With my first I used to find other things to serve it with for example: toast. She wasn’t a fan with just butter on toast so I used to spread banana on it and then a week later try peanut butter on etc. My second isn’t a fan of pasta so I’ve been making different sauces to go with it when I give it to her for example, cheesy pasta sauce, tomato sauce, sweet corn and sweet potatoe pasta etc. But it can take more then 10 attempts for them to accept new foods, especially as they get older so it’s worth a try whilst they are younger. They just getting used to different flavours and textures so it can take time x
