So my cat seems to think the baby stuff is for her π¬ baby is not here yet. I have caught her trying to get into cot and crib for naps! I have to keep getting her out and close the bedroom doors 24/7 and cover baby stuff. How can I deter her!? π³

My cats used to do the same and i just covered the cot with a big blanket and then threw some pillows in it. Also we baby arrived they stayed out of the bedroom willingly for 10 months πππ

Lol oh boy I donβt mean to laugh but maybe Cat is like βgive me my spot back!β π

I filled the crib with all of babies possessions, made sure it wouldn't be comfortable either, then when baby arrived baby was in it that often the cat lost interest

@Cristina horrified of what she might leave in there...creepy crawlies and so called "gifts" from outside

Lol funny, I'm looking for a place where a degree actually matters π

My cat was like this before baby arrived, she thought I had bought her several new beds.. however now baby is here she no longer goes in them

Let me know when you find out because my son is about to be 8 months and that cats are still obsessed with him and his things ππ

oh haha , mine are indoors so no chance of that happening xx

that was bit too much no? They maybe indoor even probably outdoors but cats are most clean animal. They wonβt put rat head as a gift on the crib. Your comment made me upset. I have 4 cats who I rescued and live happily indoors now. They sleep on my tummy or keep hugging it whole night. It is a beautiful feeling.

I know this is a tough pill to swallow, but Iβm a be honest here if the cat starts to invade on the baby space when the baby arrives bye-bye Cat L O L
