I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I never had any sickness or nausea in my first pregnancy, but I am constantly feeling nauseous/queasy/sicky this time around.
Please share your tips!

Carry snacks with u eat little and often! Ginger biscuits r ment to help aswell x

Ginger tea, crystallised ginger, ginger ale…all helps a bit! If it’s stopping you from being able to eat, contact your GP, though. I’ve been given cyclizine for the nausea as I wasn’t able to eat more than a couple of bites of anything for over a week.

can I ask what dose of cyclizine you've been given, is it 50mg? X

Try the travel sickness wrist bands, they help me, although it's probably psychological! Also, peppermint tea and fizzy drinks like lemonade help me. Deflatine is good for bloating and wind aswell, sometimes this has helped with the nausea too xx

I felt like this and was bed ridden last week. This week I had to go to work. My husband got me the sickness bands and ginger tablets.
Also, don’t take pregnacare till the evening!
