Hey guys! So to start my daughter has never been amazing with napping but it’s never been this bad. She switched to just one nap last month and she still is refusing that second nap now that she’s barely napping for her one nap. Anyways my daughter only naps for like 25 minutes a day. Night time sleep is like 13 hours sometimes a little more and she refuses to wake up earlier than 13 hours lol. But anyways what in the heck do I do? Bc my daughter is not her usual self with a 25 minute nap. Other things to mention. I know there is a 15 month regression. She also is finally growing in her first two teeth. But even if I hold her or anything that used to work to get her to nap if she didn’t want to isn’t working. Really nothing is working. That 25 minute mark hits and she’s wide awake. And she eats before her nap and then nurses as well before her nap so she can’t be hungry either. I’m not really sure lol but she doesn’t seem like she’s gonna survive 3 weeks of a regression where she’s only napping 25 minutes 🤣🤣 is anyone else experiencing this ? Or does anyone have any advice? My son used to sleep an hour and a half each nap like clockwork. He was a horrible sleeper at night. I started using 8 sheep organic magnesium cream on his legs and feet at night and boom sleeps 11 hours now. I still have to rock him every nap and before bed at night it’s exhausting. But try the 8 sheep baby cream it’s worth a shot!
