My baby just turned 3 month’s yesterday and for a few weeks now she has been sleeping about 12 hours at night. I’m grateful she sleeps through the night, but I’m starting to worry she sleeps too much. She naps a few times a day. Usually after her bottles she’ll nap for 30mins to an hour. Is this normal? Is it because she’s not on a proper routine yet?

Of yes totally, I had the same thing with my son I was so happy. I even built a routine for us within few days. I thought that sleep regression passed us and we got lucky. But that all was a dream because he’s 3,5 months and today he took 3 naps 20 min each and went to sleep 3 hours later than usual.

totally normal. they need 14-17 hours per 24 hour period. 4-5 hours of day time naps are perfect :) 10-12 hours at night is perfect

Thank you both so much!

Yep, you’ve just gotten really lucky!
