cramps

I'm 37 weeks and have been experiencing this also, been around 2 days

Me too and it comes and goes every couple of minutes for me and lasts for like 15 seconds. It’s like really sharp period cramps though. Not sure if that’s what it’s like for you two but let me know cause I’m not sure if this is start of labor or what but it’s so bad I can’t sleep right now

yep sometimes shooting pains too , sometimes not and lasting under a min

mine become sharp pains when i walk abit i managed to get to the third isle of bnm and it started, not sure if it is the start of labor or braxton hicks maybe 🤔

I’m exactly the same! Happens a lot at night too

No harm in calling triage to check in. This was how my Labour started and my waters broke about 8 hours later

When i was pregnant with my son in 2022 period cramps were the start of my labour. Took 19hours for me to go into full blown labour! My ob said its from the babies head opening my cervix. With my current pregnancy, she said if i feel those pains to come in just to be checked! I would recommend going to the hospital just to he on the safe side. The shooting pains i call it livhtning crotch, feels like a lightning bolt attacked down there, makes you jump. Its from the pressure of the baby on the cervix. The cervix has so much blood flow and is super sensitive! Follow your gut momma! It might be time to meet your little one🩷🩵

Period cramps were always the start of my labours

Update: well my cramping started at 2am and baby was born at 11:15am so it definitely was the start of labor

For everyone that has had cramps, is it usually on one side? Ive been getting them this morning but on the right side only and ouch are they painful!!
I dont know if this is how period cramps are too because i never had them bad . Is it being one side of the pelvis still similar to period cramps?

mine have been at the front just like a period pain but only lasting a couple of seconds x
