Driving wise they say if you can’t do an emergancy stop then you cannot drive yet I’d give it another 2 odd weeks before attempting to drive. Exercise taking baby out in the pushchair is classed as light. However I would advise if your still bleeding and fairly heavy wait until your either spotting or not bleeding before you do any sort of work out style exercise
