Elective C-Section playlist suggestions

I actually just put the radio on so I didn’t have to think about it.

Got a lovely mix and she came out to Taylor swift.

Speak to your obstetrician, mine said a shared Spotify playlist was ideal x

Actually that’s not a bad idea, don’t think I’ve ever created a playlist in my adult life and we have the radio on every day at home

My first born came out to whams last Christmas😅 he was a December baby and we let the surgeon choose a playlist ha!

Tbh I didn’t know what I’d feel like in theatre and I didn’t want to associate my fave songs with fear and get some ptsd or something, ruining them.

Turned out that fear was silly. Super calm and happy birth with cracking music! I remember harry styles playing too x

That’s very true and even with a planned you never really know how things are going to go, think I’ll leave it up to the radio or surgeons after all 😅x

I asked my obstetrician what people usually do and she said she’s had MULTIPLE requests for baby to be born to the Circle of Life

i just had Noah Kahan and Taylor Swift on my playlist, it helped when i was feeling anxious as well
