Happy Sunday 🥰🥰
Just looking for a little bit of advice...
Despite going to bed armed with pillows and falling asleep on my side, I've noticed I'm regularly waking up on my back.
Obviously I'm trying to avoid sleeping on my back now I'm 15 weeks but try as I might I seem to move myself in my sleep.
I can't remember this being an issue with my first baby, any tips for side sleeping and staying on my side?
Xxx

I think the nhs doesn’t think it’s a problem until 28 weeks so I really wouldn’t worry. I was struggling with this at the end of my last pregnancy and the midwife said it’s the falling asleep on your back that’s the problem so as long as you’re falling asleep on your side that’s the important part. Especially at the end you can wake up a bunch so just roll back onto your side.

i think the guidance is from 28 weeks so try not to worry too much. but i am trying to get into the habit of side sleeping in advance using a pregnancy pillow x
