We’re off to Sharm el Sheik in June and our son will be 2.5 years old at the time. I didn’t notice this before booking but the hotel (TUI Blue Sensatori Coral Sea) has a ‘Baby Club’ where you can leave your under 3yo for 2 hours for a small charge.
It’s not something I’d even thought about but the idea of 2hrs in the spa with my husband is pretty enticing 😂 I wouldn’t entertain the idea if it weren’t a TUI (or other UK run) resort but it states quite clearly that all their childcare staff undergo DBS checks and there’s always at least one person with UK-accredited childcare qualifications which gives me some peace of mind.
Has anyone used these baby clubs? Thoughts?

Haven’t used them myself but used to be a TUI rep. All baby club and crèche reps had a higher qualification than the normal kids club, they work to uk ratios and were all dbs cleared x
Thank you, that’s good to know. I still don’t know whether to go for it or not 🙈 will probably just see how we feel when we get there xx

I would say meet them and get a gut feeling as sometimes you just don’t take to people. The hotel I worked in had 2 crèche reps and they were amazing but always go with your own gut xx
