I wondered when everyone is planning planning to give their little ones their own bed time rather than keeping them down stairs with them.
My little one is sleeping cuddling us from about 8 ish. We take her up with my husband around midnight and she's starting to not want to wake for a feed. So I'm wondering as much as I love her down with us, is it time to pop her in the next to me (with the camera of course when we do my little boys bed tome at 730 ish)
Would love anyone's opinions.

I haven’t started one yet either and not sure how but my mum is always asking if I’ve done the evening bath and bedtime!!! I just follow baby’s cues as to what they need such as a sleep or feed, not sure how to do it on my terms instead

I’ve put my LO to bed at 8ish since he was around 3 weeks old, to TRY set in a little routine, we bath around 7ish then feed & bed, I usually go to bed around a similar time & watch something upstairs but just go with whatever works for you:) it might make things easier to put her down with your little boy, as it might give you & your partner a little time to yourselves (that’s what I found)!!

We put our little one down upstairs in her next to me now and have done since she was around 7 weeks and we could see a natural pattern of bedtime forming of her wanting to go to sleep at 7ish, especially as that first part of the evening is her longest sleep so it means we get some alone time ☺️ we have the baby monitor on to keep an eye on her and I nip up every hour or so but that’s more for my peace of mind x
