My boy still has hardly any hair, just a thin layer. It is very very slowly growing, I see thin layers when it is wet but it's barely anything compared to all his nursery friends and antenatal group so around 30 kids all roughly the same age. His toenails are also not growing very well, a bit misshapen and hardly ever need cutting. Is it a diet thing? We're currently trying no dairy due to constant loose poos and dry skin. Is it genetic? Should it be something to worry about? Any others like this?

I’m not sure about the hair but I’ve never had to cut my daughters toenails often - like I could probably count on one hand how many times I’ve needed to. I also don’t need to cut mine very often so maybe genetic?

My LG is exactly the same. Hardly any hair compared to others her age. But I was exactly the same when I was little. I have very fine hair. My hair didn’t start to grow until I was about 6 or 7! I also could count on one hand the times I’ve had to cut her nails 🤷🏼♀️

Ok so maybe genetic then. He is a donor baby so I don't know what the male hair genes are like. I've got very thick dark hair so feels strange seeing him with so little!

Same here. My little girl has very fair blond hair. She has never had a haircut. We also have the same issue with her toenails, especially with her big toes 🤷♀️
