I am exclusively expressing for my little girl but seem to have an oversupply of about 10oz per day. I pump about 5-6 times a day. I have started freezing the excess but its just getting abit silly with the amount haha. I don't even know when I would use the frozen breastmilk.
Anyone got any sort of system or a different use for their breastmilk? Also when would I use the frozen breastmilk or is it a just in case scenario?
I'm going to try and reduce my supply I think, I just get scared of reducing it too much!

Pop it in the bath! It’s great for their skin x

I'm not sure how it works but when I have birth I know they had donor breast milk available for those who wanted to breast feed but their milk/colostrum hasn't come in yet. It could be a possibility for you if baby never ends up needing it x

You can donate to some mothers around you.

I've looked into donating but looks like the nearest bank is 2 hours away. I've contacted them anyway so we'll see! Will have to defrost one and see if my little one will even take the defrosted milk!

Perhaps drop a pump a day by “half” and see how you go? It may take a few days for your body to adjust but milk supply should reduce

Your local hospital may take it. Or look on Facebook at "human milk for human babies" I think it's called, I think they match milk directly rather than via a milk bank.

thanks! Just had a look and they don't do my area 😌
