11 weeks and all I do is toss and turn ! I’m an avid stomach sleeper and that’s the only comfortable position to sleep in but it also puts pressure on my belly 🥹 sleeping on my left side is not comfortable but I know I need to get used to it .
Any tips ?

Magnesium should work but no more than 360 MG before you sleep and consult with your doctor it works for me

Does it work like a muscle relaxer?

I was an avid stomach sleeper as well! It was the only way I could get comfortable and actually fall asleep. Now I don’t like it. I also don’t like sleeping on my sides very much. I found that sleeping on my back with one arm above my head and my legs over a pillow feels amazing all of a sudden (sleeping on my back was previously my most hated sleeping position). Maybe give it a try!
I also sleep in this quasi stomach position. On the left side with my right leg bent and under a pillow. I twist in that direction just a little bit so my stomach is facing the bed a little more but I’m not putting weight on it. I think this would probably be my new favorite position if I hadn’t injured my back 6 months ago.

thank you for that suggestion! I will try it

I usually tuck a pillow on my left or right side and make my self slightly turn sideways. I was looking at a pillow from sleepybelly, check it out I haven’t purchased it yet but it’s on my to do list. I’ve also noticed that sleeping on my left side makes me more nauseous which is weird bc I read that sleeping on the left is actually good.

honestly I feel the same ! I have so much discomfort on my left but the right not so much

I’m having the same problem😢 I’m a right side sleeper and trying to get accustomed to sleeping on my left side even with pillows sucks and only way I’ll sleep now is sitting up on the couch which is not comfortable 🥹

I would get a magnesium complex that aids in sleep and muscles and digestive system

😫😫😫 what we finna do

I’m a stomach sleeper too 😭
I toss and turn all night now. Right now I’ve found that part on tummy and part on the side with a pillow below the thigh/ knee is a good solution for me.
At least until the belly grows too big for it.

that sounds like a good idea !

Im getting a pillow this week so I'll let you know how i like it before recommending. Lately it's been my hips and lower left back achy
