When is everybody putting their little one to bed? We have been doing a 6pm bedtime since it’s started getting lighter in the evenings and baby usually sleeps until 6.30/7 the next day. Part of me feels like it’s very early but I’m not sure.. I’ve just been wondering what everybody else is doing 🤍

7 pm before time change and now 8 pm

Between 8-10pm depends on how she's napped during the day. She generally sleeps though the night until 7am, has a feed and back to bed until 10am

It just depends on how napping has gone for the day🤷🏼♀️ This evening bedtime is 6:30pm but tomorrow it could be 7pm. I'm not changing anything just because of a time change, only to run the risk of an overtired baby. Blackout blinds/curtains are brilliant for this time of year. I make all of upstairs dark, who cares what the neighbours think?🤷🏼♀️ They know that I've got 2 young children.

Around 7pm. We have a blackout blind now and he sleeps until 7-8am, before he was waking up at 5-6am xx

do you have any recommendations for blackout blinds and curtains? X

Dunelm do some great ones 😀

Our LG goes to bed around 7 and wakes up around 6:30. We have blackout curtains

6pm bedtime and he usually wakes up around 6:30-7am. We have black out blinds.

I agree with Kathryn about Dunelm having good quality blackout curtains.

we do a strict, play, bath, dark room, sound machine on, warm bottle, and then down in crib. He does wake up occasionally from teething pain but he sleeps through until morning with that 🤞🏻 if we don’t follow the routine he doesn’t sleep through so I’m too afraid to deviate from it 😭 I’m also not sure it’s normal for babies to sleep through the night at that age though.. I think I just have a lazy little old man for a child 😂

Bath time or massage at 6pm, followed by a feed and then bed at 7pm. Also have black out blinds x

My LO goes down at 6/6.30. I would like to have a later bedtime to go for evening walks or spend time with his dad after work but he pretty much set that bedtime himself! Kept him up til 7.30 yesterday and he woke up at 5am so won’t be doing that again! On the bright side I get to enjoy a bit of a chilled evening

my LO still has night feeds and wakes too. Was hoping for an overnight sleep by now ☹️

Depends on naps. I prefer a 7pm bedtime for him, but today he's hardly napped so he was asleep by 6:30! He's sleeping much better in the morning since I put black out curtains up, over our blinds.

Still 7pm same as before. Also take into consideration the length of their day. Our baby wakes about 6:30 7am.. Still slept 10-11 hours so bedtimes still the same x

I mean if your happy about getting up that time of the morning then thats perfectly fine!
My boy fully sleeps from between 10:30/12 and sleeps until 8/9am
If i put my boy to bed any sooner he wakes up after 2 or so hours and just “naps” 🙂

exactly the same for me

Around 10pm and she’ll sleep all night then until 5/6am, if I put her down any earlier she’s wide awake 2/3am in the morning!😂 but sometimes I don’t always stick to routine entirely depends when she’s looking tired/if she’s tired, if she’s had her naps in the day time or not xx

My LG has a bath at 8-8:30 then a massage (she has bad eczema) and last little play before bedtime, bottle then a story in her cot at 9.
