16 weeks midwife appointment

You mught need to call up your midwife to ask about it. You might have been forgotten by accident

I thought the midwife would call me to book my 16 week appointment as she did for my first appointment but i didn’t hear anything! I called to make an appointment in the end, and there were none until I was 20 weeks! 🙈 I’d definitely ring just to find out xx

Same here, I wasn’t given an appointment. Only found out here that I should have been! I’m 17 weeks as well, hoping to get one next week if I call my midwife/maternity unit. Saw another post on here and it sounds like the 16 week timing isn’t crucial, so don’t worry 😊

Was booked in by midwife on my 12 week booking scan. Infact they’ve booked me in upto 24weeks. I guess every hospital operates differently.

Please do call up and book in because you get to hear baby’s heart beat again and some blood would be taken too.

Tell them to book you in for any upcoming routine check up too, no harm in asking

I missed mine 16 week , so they rescheduled it On 19 week had it today
It was just urine, blood pressure, heartbeat and blowing test today nothing else and midwife asked if i had any questions

I had to phone and book mine myself. Didn't even know we got a 16 week appointment until I was 14 weeks and a different midwife asked me when my 16 week appointment was
