Ok so my husband has a bad habit or sum I’m making a big deal out of nothing 🙄🙄🙄 he’ll leave the 1 year old in the bathroom with the tub running and plugged !! Which is a FUCKING BIGGGGG NO IN MY BOOK !!!! He say I’m over reacting!! He already fill the tube past her belly button which I really don’t like at alllll !!! He leave the 3 year old that loves putting ha face in the water 🙄 he dnt want me to run in the bathroom to intervene when he leaves them alone like I’m literally running cuz it only takes 3 secs for them to drown !!! I don’t fucking get it !!!!! He say I need to listen and stop doing it !!! Like huh ? When it comes to the bathroom “ kids are not allowed around more than 1 inch of water if there’s not and ADULT with them !!!!!! “ I’m real heavy on that I’m gone keep doing it ! Am I wrong ? I’ll leave my three year old but she has to keep repeating wat I’m saying back and if she don’t I’m runnning !!! (The 1 year old can climb and get in the tub !!! I’ve seen it with my own eyes multiple times)

You're not wrong. It's dangerous to leave children in the bathtub. I leave my son in the bath tub when he plays and I'll be in my room, and the bathroom and my room are literally next to each other so I'm definitely not far.
My son will know when he wants out and climbs out of the tub. Yeah I've seen him do it also.
But your husband needs to understand that it takes seconds for a child to drown.

He's being a stubborn idiot. It's very dangerous!

My nephews are 15 months apart or less, my SIL got pregnant when her first was nearly 3 months old. When they were 2&1 years old same story. My SIL was taking a nap on the couch while Dad had gotten home from work around 4pm & he started the bath for the boys. He decided it was a great opportunity to clean their bedroom really quick while listening for the oldest. The oldest keep in mind was talking to Dad the entire time maintaining conversation lol.
Needless to say the 1 year old got Vaseline all over himself & then tried to Rinse off in the bath so instead got it all over his brother, toilet, cabinets, never mind the rug, towels.. just about everything in the bathroom but the toothbrushes lol. That's a funny story but it's not because my SIL could not figure out why it wasn't coming out of her kids hair, rug, towels, it was everywhere. & It's a hard substance to clean lol.
Another instance a toddler was left alone... The water acted up/ it was NO fault of the parent

So the city was working on pipes, this happened in my city/ we went to school with the dad. He made headlines because he didn't realize the water changed to scalding hot. & He figured he had 5 minutes before turning off the tub water especially given his son is 4 years old. So he was on his back porch vaping on the phone with an ex (probably the worst part of the story lol) he ended up being charged but the charges were dropped because no one notified his entire street they were doing pipe work nearby. Anywho his son suffered 2nd degree burns. He heard a scream, he ran immediately upstairs & grabbed his son. The water was steaming coming from the faucet. He didn't need major surgery or skin grafts he needed to be wrapped for a bit.
Again this can happen to ANYONE. But that's why it's just not safe to leave young children alone in a bath. Also the mother who is broken up with the father didn't press any charges, she understood it was quick, it was scary, & he was right there. The state tried to charge him.

You are 10000% right. 65 children per year die in the US from bathtub drownings, sometimes in 2 inches of water. You are right and he is wrong!
