its like a bed bath, washing their face and neck, their hand and their bum but not in the actual bath

My LO has quite bad eczema so only 1 or 2 times every week as advised by the doctors so we don’t strip his skin of natural oils too much. But we top and tail every night and moisturise as part of bedtime routine.

I just get a little bowl of warm water and cotton wool
and clean her face, behind her ears, neck, hands, feet, foof and bum 🤣 So therapeutic getting all the fluff and gunk out from between her fingers and toes!

OH thank you! i’ve never heard the term top and tail🤦🏼‍♀️ it is the most satisfying thing getting the fluff and things out🥰
