My 10 month old has started refusing his afternoon bottle. He usually has 3x 7oz bottles throughout the day but the last few days he only has had his morning and evening bottle. When I’ve looked online I’ve seen this is lower than the recommended amount of milk intake they should have a day. He does eat really well and has 3 decent meals and day with water (plus snacks on nursery days!) I saw a comment on another thread saying to offer multi vitamins. Does anyone recommend any particular ones?

Abidec vitamins have gone down well with my little girl. Absolutely no issue with taking them so they must taste okay, and no problems 👍🏻
We initially started with Wellbaby but they made her constipated
do you add drops to your baby’s bottle? Or just give it direct to them? X

I put vitamins into my boys water. He only has 2 bottles a day too. He seems absolutely fine 😊 xx

Just direct. It’s a tiny dose - 0.3ml in a syringe. My baby seems to like them so no issue with spitting any out. Just give her a drink of water afterwards

This is good as the milk intake will drop again at 1yr old, my girl is currently on 3x7oz bottles and I'm trying to drop one, she's leaning more towards the morning one as she's more interested in her breakfast, when my eldest was 1 she was on 2x9oz bottles a day at morning and night so she dropped a bottle but gained an extra 2oz per feed if that makes sense?

I use the wellbaby multivit in her water in the morning. The nhs recommended minimum drops to 400ml at 10 months so they don’t need quite as much now if eating more solids but my LO is so hit and miss so I give them daily 😊
