Naps

My little boy can go a whole day with just 1 x 30 minute nap so I wouldn’t worry. He normally has 1 x hour nap and if I let him have much longer he won’t sleep all night. He sleeps a good 12 hours on a night so has about 13 hours in a 24 hour period

My little boy did that when he first dropped to one nap. They soon start to link their sleep cycles even better and sleep for longer. He generally has a 2 hour nap now but has done 2hr 45 mins several times. He's absolutely fine when his sleep is interrupted and he only gets 80-90 mins nap. Sometimes he poops and is very annoyed that it woke him up 😅 He also sleeps through the night.xx
