For the past week or so my 7 month old has been waking up between 6:30-7am. I usually put him to bed at like 7:30/8. He has 3 naps a day - is it time to drop the last nap? My only worry is that his naps last from 30mins to 45mins, and I try longing them out but it doesn’t necessarily work. Any idea of how I can help him wake up at 7:30 and how to long out his naps?

I think between 6.30/7am is good for a 7m old but you could try and cut last nap!
how would I go about doing this? What if he gets very tired? Do I bring his bedtime forward? I rather have him wake up early and go bed early so I can have a bit of an evening to myself.

I would bring bedtime forward if his naps are short!

I read on dozeee sleep training I think on insta if they are waking earlier try bed later, so if waking at 7am and you want 7:30, try a later bed slightly but it’s not always easy done when they are tired!
I’m on 3 naps still, sometimes sleeps till 7:30 but doesn’t always, sometimes they just naturally wake earlier 😫😫
