I seem to have deleted the email with my
Medical Exemption Certiticate and need this for a dentist appointment I have coming up.
Does anyone know if my midwife can issue a replacement certificate? Has this happened to anyone else before?
TIA!

Unless you deleted it ages ago or from your bin/deleted box it should be in the deleted/bin inbox of your email
No idea if they can issue another one
My dentist didn’t ask to see it back in February but hope you sort it x
I’ve already checked my deleted, I think I must’ve deleted it ages ago by accident and just haven’t noticed as I haven’t needed to use it 😣 x

You can ask the NHS BSA to reissue it if its lost.

You don't technically need to show it - just tick the box on the dentist's form as NHSBSA hold the records and check it when they get the forms back to then reimburse the provider. If you lie they charge you an enormous penalty, so they usually don't check at the time anymore (probably because the penalties make them more money 🙈) x

I've never been asked for it in both pregnancies at the dentist or pharmacy. As the above comment says you just tick the box ❤️

I’ve been to the dentist a couples times and they never even asked me for it I just told them I was pregnant x
