Painful breasts

My baby went from breastfeeding every 1-2 hours for 15-25 min each time to suddenly feeding every 3-4 hours and for 5-10 min each time yesterday.

She’s just turned 11 weeks today, is this normal? She’s also been extremely clingy, fussy, gassy and wanting to be held almost 24/7 (she’s napping 20-30 min unless held and at night sleeping 7-9 hours while held)

Also my breasts are really sore, engorged and leaking now because of this. how can I reduce the pain without making my supply more than she needs?

My baby is 10 weeks! Sounds like a normal baby ! I pump ! Idk if you pump nut try pumping more often .. every two to three hrs

but wouldn’t that increase my supply? I want to ideally not have to pump every day and only breastfeed baby directly based on how often and how much she needs.
I’d love to build a supply in the freezer but too lazy with pumping and sterilizing everything lol

Yes pumping would increase your supply
I wouldn't start that tbh
Hand express enough milk out to feel comfortable

Use ice packs and take ibuprofen

Or a haakaa for just 1oz out when needed

Pump no more than an ounce is what I was told. Just to help relieve a little pressure or in the shower hand express just a little. Also cold helps keep it from producing more like ice packs wrapped in a cloth

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
