Private scans - internal

Hi, which companies has everyone been to for an early private scan where it was done internally? I would prefer an internal scan to see more but can’t find anywhere near me that actively advertises as doing a transvaginal scan, just “from 6 weeks”? X

They all actively do transvaginal up to 10 weeks I think! I went to window to the womb and that's what they did!

I’m due to go to Window of the womb and I’ll be 8+3 when I go and they are going to do it internally! X

All will be transvaginal at 6 weeks as it’s impossible to see anything externally as it’s too tiny

I’d go window to the womb too! With my first I went at 7 weeks and they wanted to do internal but I demanded they do external and saw my baby fairly clear. Going to do the same with this baby

Just my latest experience of a scan was that at 6 weeks the abdominal scan was much clearer and they could see the heart beat straight away..the internal scan (dome to check my tube) the baby was barely visible and had to try for ages to be able to see it and the heart beat could hardly be seen at all. So in my experience, and internal one isn't always "clearer" x also I've had early scans in my last 3 pregnancies, 5bweeks 6 days, 6 weeks, and 6 week's 2 days, and always always seen baby and heartbeat abdominally x

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
