Sleeping in his own room!!!!

Put him into bed once he has fallen asleep with you. Lay with him in his bed till he falls asleep. I just bought my son a fire truck bed and he loves it so much he lays in it even when it's not bed time lol

I’ve tried all that girl😭 we even let him pick out his own bed, he wanted a race car bed with matching sheets and blanket & I’ve tried letting him go to sleep in our bed then moving him but after an hour if that of being in his own bed he wakes up crying for me!

Maybe some white noise playing while he sleeps.

This is not medical advice so I suggest checking with your gp, but if he is having anxiety perhaps trying phynergen (not sure of spelling) you get it from the chemist it assist in putting them to sleep, there is much more of a medical term and explanation but I'm no doctor

Out of interest have you always coslept?
