Scans are inaccurate. Plus there’s nothing wrong with having a big baby

3550kg is impossible, I guess you meant 3550g.. you’ll be okay. Don’t worry. :)

Lol!!! Impossible a person can weight that much 😅. You gr or onz

assuming you mean grams for babys estimate weight, that's more or less what I was on Monday at 36 weeks no mention of induction and midwife happy with us still going for natural no induction... the measurements and scans can be wildly off!

As others have said the estimated weight can be wrong from scans.
That said I’ve opted for an induction as I am on the smaller side and baby is predicted to be pretty big - there are risks in labour that are increased in this situation.
The decision is yours completely and so many women deliver big babies with no problems at all! Here if you want to chat about it ☺️

Im 37 + 4 today and being induced tomorrow

My auntie was told she was measuring heavy and was to be induced. The baby was not big at all. Scans can be inaccurate. My advice is to really do your research and make an informed decision based off the pros and cons of your situation. Hear the professionals side, too.

Always remember it’s your choice if you want to be induced and you can say no! I would read the pros and cons before making any decision and see if the benefits outweigh the risks. Not to scare you but a lot of people have had a tough time when being induced as sometimes baby isn’t ready to come out so there’s a lot to think about x

Good to hear all your different comments
I am going to search more about it and will take my final decision
Thanks xxx
