Hey Moms!
I’m currently looking at Daycare and recently toured the Le Petite Academy in Lorton.
It’s a fairly new facility but I was curious if anyone has an children that attend there? If so, how-do you guys like it?
We also toured the KinderCare on Franconia as well, I’d love to hear your experience with these places.

I was going to take my daughter there, it seemed like a great academy. I woudnt recommend Kindercare because I worked at a different location and it crazy the behind the scene things I would see how teachers would treat the children. 😔 I can’t say all Kindercare locations are the same but the one I worked at was terrible how teachers would treat the children.
I was going to choose La Petite Acedemy, it seemed like a great school but I ended up going with Baby Steps Academy https://mybabystepsacademy.com/, Annandale location and it’s phenomenal. I ended up choosing that one over Le Petite Acedemy in Lorton because it was cheaper a week. I enrolled my daughter part time and am SO HAPPY with IT! I do two days a week for $250 and the teachers are amazing and are always so happy to see my daughter. I am also noticing a huge difference in my daughter’s education and behaviour in such a positive way 😊😊. But again Le Petite was my second choice.
I hope this helps ❤️

I used to work at the La Petite in Alexandria. The kids were well taken care of but I will say that the meals were crappy. Sugary yogurt cheerios and banana every day for breakfast. Every day. This was over 5 years ago though.

We have used that La petite several times as backup care. My son goes to home daycare but my husband has a backup care option through his work so when we don't have care at the home daycare we take him either to that one or the Springfield one in Newington Forest - he has a lot of fun on those days. I've never had a complaint!
