C section underwear

Can anyone recommend me some comfy underwear for after your c-section? I’m roughly a size 18-20 right now!

Asda! They do maternity knickers that go waist high. I’ve been wearing them since mine 5 weeks ago x

Asda maternity knickers or the stretchy high waist shorts from Primark.

M&S full brief cotton pants. Amazing up to your belly button and soft. I think they were £7 for 5

Any supermarket full briefs in a few sizes bigger than normal! I got the Tesco multipacks. They come up to your belly button so not irritating on the incision. I honestly wouldn’t waste your money on anything expensive x

Thank you all so much! I have the Asda ones already but was not sure if they were suitable 🥰

I didn’t have a c-section but I’ve been wearing black Matalan full briefs since my son was born 3 years ago 😂 they were great postpartum and every day since 😂

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

Caffeine addiction suuucks. (Coffee)

I'm off of literally everything. Don't smoke, no medicine, don't drink except VERY rare occasion, nothing. I drink a large coffee everyday (usually mcdonalds or 7 brew)... or a couple cups of coffee at home if I don't get out. Today I had neither and I was OUT FOR THE COUNT. Awful headache, no motivation, throwing up. Then I drink coffee and it's instantly better. 🙃 coffee is one hell of a drug I tell ya.
