Hi, I personally wear them all the time, just to be safe, I used to leak badly. I have 5 in total 3 sports from amazon and 2 plain from H&M, which are not too bad, I used to wear them during pregnancy. So far, I'm only using the sports one. My lo is 6m EBF.
@Ghada i need to look into it !! and you’ll wear the pads without having to wear a bra right ? i’ve been wearing a nursing bra lately to sleep
Where’d yall get it bc i saw 3 for $30
@Ana no I wear the nursing bra & the pads! Otherwise I'll wake up soaked😅
Leaking got better around 3 months for me, so now I can just keep a burp cloth around.
I wear them all the time if not I’ll leak all over. You’re not alone x
I got a bralette and I stick a burp cloth in it. I can change our the burp cloth as often as needed if it gets too wet. And the bralette is so light and loose I don't mind sleeping in it. I can't imagine sleeping in my nursing bra
I wore a tight cami top and put a nappy on my boobs as I always leaked through breast pads at night 🫣
I’m 4.5 months pp and wear a nursing bra and pads every night (and throughout the day too). I also lay down an absorbent reusable changing pad with a receiving blanket on top of the bed in case my pads shift at night. I was getting tired of constantly changing the sheets (daily) and started using this method.
I didn’t leak during the night, only when I breastfed. The other boob had FOMO. I wore a bra all the time because my breasts were huge and it needed support. I found a few good ones at Target.
Check Little Milk Bar. It’s on only store and IG handle. They have good bras and fun tshirts
I personally wear them during the night as once woke up and the bed was soaked 😂😂
I wear a nursing bra to sleep with pads otherwise the bed is soaked. Easier to wash a bra than the sheets lol. I got a couple from target that I like. They are the auden brand. I know target also sells kindred bravely but I can't talk myself into spending 50 dollars on a bra.
I hated wearing a bra to sleep so I’d just leak and change my shirt as needed
I got a couple from Walmart ! And I also have to wear nursing pads at night
