My baby girl is 4 months, my supply has taken a dramatic drop & I feel like it’s to late to get my supply up😭 is there any good suggestions to get my supply up? I start work soon, & she’s about to start part time day care as well.

This helped me!
Also pump even when you don’t think you need to. Trick your boobs into thinking you have twins.
Hook a Hakka up to the other boob and catch let down.

A lot of people including myself find it hard to pump in between feeds then not having enough to feed baby so what I find helps is drinking mothers milk tea before feeds for an extra push and also pumping while u feed baby. I used to use Hakka to catch let down but pumping while feeding is so much more efficient. Then when baby stops eating u keep pumping so for a total of like 30 mins
Also, LOTS of water and LOTS of protein

Brewers yeast!!!!

i almost ordered from the brand but reviews were mixed 😫 have u tried their other products?

Power pump !

@Joelle Uhhh no, I heard that this was the best way! And it doesn't just work within 1 day. If you are consistent with it. It works! I take a heaping tablespoon everyday and it doubled my supply within a week. And now I only have to pump once a day and I get 8oz out of both. When before I could only manage 2oz from one

oh wowzers I thought u made the lactation cookies with them. I’ll have to look into the yeast 🤔

you can make cookies, smoothies, bread, sprinkle it in cereal. Etc

I put it in hot chocolate

I drink hottea mama milks up and also eats lots of oats and water or even tea . I also add an extra pump , completely agree it’s hard enough if your ebf or ep to add an extra one but it’s for the time being to get your supply up ❤️hope it works out for you !

My lactation consultants had to remind me that no matter what it takes about 3 days to see results so just stay strong in whichever method you do!

The mothers milk brand is the BEST according to both my doula and lactation specialist

Rest and meal high in fats. I liked to drink horizon milk they have a chocolate milk that is high in dha. Taking fish oil I also drank remedy organic smoothies they are really delicious and filling

Do you exclusively pump or do you still nurse her? My baby girl is 5 months old. I exclusively pump because after 3 months she stopped latching and I tried everything so I decided to just stick with exclusively pumping. About 3 weeks ago my supply literally looked like it was drying up. I was only getting from both breast's combined 1 Oz if that. The only thing that has saved my supply was getting prescribed reglan. Which is hard, but some OB doctors are willing to prescribe it, some primary care doctors are too. And pumping every 3 hours along with 1 power pump every day. Drinking body armors, water, I'm taking goats rue, brewers yeast tablets with b12 in it. And I just started eating oatmeal and making smoothies with oats in it and flax seed and brewers yeast in it by legendary milk like someone posted above. But honestly in the end the reglan saved my supply and pumping every 3 hours round the clock and power pumping once a day. I haven't noticed a big increase just yet with all these extras I'm doing.
