What is your baby’s nap schedule ? My baby is almost 7 months, but she will not stay asleep for more than 30-45 minutes for her naps, I’ve been told to put her down for a 2 hour nap at 12 but in order to do that, I have to sit with her asleep on me for 1.5 hours of the nap….

My son is almost 7 months as well, we usually get up around 6-7, then he has a bottle and sleeps till about 8 or 9, then 2 hours nap at 12, and another 2 hour nap at 4, and bed around 8-830, but it all varies within an hour lol, sometimes he only sleeps for an hour, and when his grandparents are over? Good luck. Every baby is different, we try to stay on schedule but sometimes it's a short nap sometimes longer. We try to stick to this schedule though, 75% of the time he does 😅

Mine is 6.5 she does everything. 3 hour naps one day to only a 30 min nap the next. Night sleep is the same. Some nights sleeps 8 to 6: 30, other nights up 4 times.

Girl same my baby won’t nap in the bassinet so pretty much all of his naps are him laying on me or in the baby carrier

My baby also only naps for 30-45 minutes. But she also gets tired every 2-3 hours. So with a 9qm wake up she naps at 11, 2:00, 5:30, bed at 8-8:30. It varies though, as we go off of her cues

Same most naps for us are also anywhere from 30-40 mins. We may get one that’s a little over an hour on a good day. They way we are dealing with it is we do not extend the first an or second nap. If the third nap is also short, and is less than 2.5 hrs total for the whole day, we extend the nap by rocking/holding. Typically we wake from 6-630 and bedtime is usually 7-730

We just escaped 30 min nap hell a few weeks ago. I used a nap training method where you keep the baby in the crib for 15 mins after they wake up from a nap. If they're still awake, you get them. I stopped trying to extend her naps as well even if it meant a bad nap day. Took a week or so and now her naps are 1hr+ with occasional 30/45 min ones.

Ahhh so even if they cry you leave them for 15 ?

Yep, it's a very short cry it out method
