I wanted the mamaroo but couldn’t justify the price so we’re going for the joie sansa 2in1. Haven’t bought it yet though 😂

seen that one too, and I liked the munchkin one but feel like bubba will be too low to the ground? lol

we’ve got this one too!

They look a similar height to me?

We had a Graco all the way soother with our first and it was amazing. Will be getting that one again more than likely

is it easy to move around the house?

Avatar

Probably no harder than the Joie Sansa, it can be taken off and turned into one that can be carried around and rocked manually.
Used it for when I had showers and needed to get things done in other rooms. Worked well for us.

We spent a fortune on the Munchkin swing for our eldest and she absolutely hated it. I’d already sold it on before we found out I was pregnant again. This time around I bought the bouncer seat that was on offer for £20 in the asda baby event. I just found that I didn’t use a swing/ bouncer as much as I thought so it was t important to me to spend too much on one again

is it the redkite one by any chance? Just asking as we had this with my first and the harness straps broke off as they weren’t stitched in properly so definitely keep an eye.
We’re the opposite, didn’t use it a great lot last time either but wanting a more expensive one this time as I have a toddler so feel like we’ll need it more and get more use out of it

Avatar

yes it is. I’ll keep my eye out for that. I didn’t expect much quality wise but I’m hoping it doesn’t just fall apart!

we might have just been unlucky but thought I’d mention it just in case it’s a common fault ☺️

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?
